I was up the duff and this is my sprogblog.

My son Nelson was born on February 20, 2008.

I fucking hate pastels.

Jesus fucking christ you’re going to be a mum! How the hell did you manage that? I’ve heard rumours about what it takes but am still sceptical. Well done honey. You are going to be one of those mothers we all wished we had growing up. Lucky little bastard.

I was sitting in a cafe a short swim across the channel from where you are, trying to figure out how I could get in contact with you. A slow grinding cog desperately needing an oil change clunked on kungfujen. And so here I am catching up on your news… from yesturday.

I’ve been in Spain for the last two months, France to catch up with beautiful old friends and off to New York tomorrow. A ridulous far flung adventure that I’m lapping up.

Anyways drop us a line dear. Love to here what else is going on and to fill in the gap. Love to the Beloved and the dancing queen and the realmofredhead. X Brdie

Very many congratulations on the arrival of Nelson! I’ve been catching up on your pregnancy by reading this blog and it has only confirmed my decision to never have a kid of my own: I don’t think my almost-40-year-old body could hack it! I’m glad things are going swimmingly for you though.
